The decision-making process is very dynamic, allowing quick decisions with regard to committing to an investment and patience once the investment is made. The ideal situation involves a good business with superior management on which Bennett Yarger Group would rather build organically and through acquisitions, as opposed to a fast, opportunistic exit. Whether it be fund manager, an executive team led by a CEO, or a property developer, Bennett Yarger Group works closely with existing management teams and partners with whom it invests, rather than imposing its own management team and style.
